Accomplishments since 2015

Dear colleagues,

After many of you have given us your trust 2015, we have been diligent and have invested our energy into many measures that are to your benefit. To make this long list more readable, we have made a rough categorization, depending on your service time. “Rough” because some of the services (for example, the discount vouchers) are of benefit to all (but still found in the “young ones”).

o be fair, we would like to state at this point that almost all decisions were taken unanimously and all the lists worked with great harmony for the cause of us employees.

I am “among the young ones”

  • MiniCampus and support with kindergarten
  • child care on school-free days and in summer
  • financial support for parents at school start
  • improvements in parental part time and entitlement to 4-day week
  • legal entitlement for improved baby sabbatical
  • clothing subsidy for apprentices
  • better grading and advancement options for apprentices
  • intensive, competent and confidential advice; effective intervention eg. salary check, change of job, appraisal, working hours etc.
  • substantial expansion of service offers, eg. extension of the discount voucher offerings (= enormous financial benefits)
  • small thank you by the employees’ council, eg. at Christmas, after branch renovations, in case of extra workload, heat, etc.

I have been in the company for a longer time

  • improvements in parental part time and entitlement to 4-day week
  • improvement in credit for times of leave of absence in case of advancements and pension fund contributions
  • entitlement to nursing sabbatical and nursing part-time
  • works agreement on part-time for re-entry after a long illness including the implementation of legal regulation
  • improvements of works agreements
  • respectful conduct at the workplace
  • various works agreements (eg. data protection, working hours, appraisal)
  • new regulations such as leisure option, jubilee bonus and incentivized early retirement scheme
  • strategic dialogue with the management and experts on change of business model, digitization, qualification
