During the current works council period, wir machen was, as the leading employees’ council list, set many initiatives, achieved negotiation successes for everyone and implemented numerous measures.

- Shortening the length of stay in the scheme from 4 to 3 years
- Introduction of digital vouchers via getcards, making it even easier to save money
- Fair collective agreement conclusions
- Get Together budget for team events
- Increase in food subsidy
- Ice cream, Krapfen and Oktoberfest for everyone
- Vouchers for families, for Oktoberfest or for Christmas
- Increase in subsidies for childcare/school events/top youth ticket
- Company outing to Waldviertel and Weinviertel
- Happy Holidays platform with subsidies for holiday bookings
- WeShare Employee Participation
- Improvement of home office agreement including home office cost reimbursement
- Closer communication with department stewards
- close communication with security, health center and sales support
- Clothing allowance for apprentices and budget for apprentice events
- Accompaniment and support during changes (cost savings program/social plan, restructuring, business transfers)
- Financial support from the social fund or “help4health”
- Further development of various company agreements
- Creation of the 2nd company kindergarten
- Numerous information sheets and first news with information based on the motto “Know your rights”
