	Personal facts: 44 Years old, single I have been working in Erste for 12 years and some years I was commuting daily from Bratislava, where I lived. Why do I run for wir machen was? I have been deputy employee representative for 4 years. I took part in many meetings and I could see that wir machen was fights not only personally for every colleague (e.g. dismissal), but also negotiate benefits, which many take for granted. What would I like to stand for especially? I would like to be a contact person for all foreign colleagues. I am a foreign employee myself, and possibly I understand better the needs and problems of my foreign colleagues, especially from CEE countries. Of course, also the Austrian colleagues should not hesitate to contact me. All conversations will be of course confidential.
